(Just having the .TTF file open and minimized on your task bar will allow PsP to detect your font without you having to install it.)
Mask is WSL_Mask 299 By Chelle Masks are found in the navigation link.
Place these files in your masks folder.
This Tutorial was created using Corel's Paint Shop Pro®
with the understanding that you have a working knowledge of this program.
(I used PhotoX2 but you should have no trouble recreating it with earlier versions of PSP)
Open a new image 500 X 500 transparent and flood fill white
Open BD-DreamerPaper7 copy and paste to new image as a new layer.
Apply WSL_Mask299, source luminance> show all mask> fit to layer.
right click the mask in layer pallet, merge group a pop up may ask if you want it merged to layer below click yes
click on your preset shape rectangle in your materials pallet make your Forground null background #7f797b>
width 8, draw out a mid size rectangle shape.
Effects> 3d effects > inner bevel> Bevel 12 > Width 15 > Smooth 15> Depth 20> Ambiance 40> Shine = 20 > color white
>Angle 315 > Intensity 43 > Elevation 46.
With your magic wand tool click inside shape, Mode: replace> Matchmode: RGB> br>Tolerance: 8 >
checked contiguous and Antialias >Feather:0 outside selected in drop down.
press delete on your keyboard
move the frame around a lil so it lines up with the mask better.
Open and copy Zindy's Pretty dreams image, paste as a new layer under your frame layer.
selections> modify> expand by 4 then selections> Invert
Adjust> blur> Gaussian blur > radius 11 once done deselect.
Then add a drop shadow to your frame layer i used Vert -1> Horiz -2> opac 35> blur 3> color Black.
Open and copy BD-Dreamer flower3 paste to tag as a new layer and resize by 50%
Free rotate your image to the left by 30 then resize again by 90%.
Add a drop shadow i used Vert 4> Horiz 2> opac 35> blur 3> color Black.
Open and copy BD-Dreamer-Heart Ribbon2 paste to tag as a new layer and resize by 63%, repeat drop shadow.
Open and copy BD-Dreamer-Journal and resize by 50%
Free rotate your image to the left by 30.
Add a drop shadow i used Vert 2> Horiz 7> opac 45> blur 3> color Black.
Open and copy BD-Dreamer-Pencil and resize by 40% then repeat resize, move to onto of journal
Add a drop shadow i used Vert 2> Horiz 3> opac 35> blur 3> color Black.
Select your font and add your name I used Lainie Day> size 90> create as vector> forground: #6c454a> Background:
#f3ddd8
using the vector rotate (two arrows surrounding) rotate it left a lil and move down over your frame.
Convert to raster layer> add a drop shadow i used Vert 2> Horiz 3> opac 35> blur 3> color Black.
I dedicate this tag to Cyrene of her tuts have taught me lots i hope to tag a few

Add all your copyrights, license and taggers mark if any.
Merge All Flatten and your done.
